Locked In is hosted social coworking in Birmingham, with online focus sessions available too. Bring your own work, use the shared office and spend the day with a small group and a welcoming host. Accountability is optional.
Adults aged 18 and over who want somewhere to work with company: remote workers, freelancers, founders, creatives, adult students and people working on personal projects.
The workspace is at Cobalt Square, 83–85 Hagley Road, Birmingham, B16 8QG, UK.
In Birmingham: a desk and chair, fast Wi-Fi, power, toilets, tea and coffee, card games and a sofa area for breaks. Bring your laptop, charger and headphones. Monitors and headsets are not provided at the moment, but we plan to provide them soon.
There are three paying guest places, plus the host at the fourth desk. Guest attendance can vary, but the host is present throughout every booked coworking day.
Yes. Calls are allowed in the shared office, but there is no separate call room or guaranteed call privacy. Bring headphones and keep your voice considerate while other people are working.
No. Introductions, shared breaks, card games and accountability are available, but you can choose what is useful and continue with your own work.
No. Book an individual Birmingham coworking day or online focus session without a membership.
Online focus sessions are community-led and designed to help you tackle difficult work you have been putting off. Join from the comfort of home, choose your task and work through structured focus blocks. Breaks in between give you time to chat, network and get to know people you may later meet at the Birmingham coworking space. Joining instructions are shared privately with confirmed attendees in My bookings.
No. Cameras are optional during online focus sessions.
Bookings are non-refundable, subject to your statutory rights. Confirmed bookings can be rescheduled within the notice period shown before booking, subject to availability.
Yes. Sign in to My bookings to move a confirmed booking to an available session of the same experience and duration. Your payment carries over. The required notice is shown before booking.
